BBC Documentary Breaking the Silence
I recently drew attention to a BBC documentary on suicide, but didn’t realise that the programme was only being broadcast on BBC Northern Ireland.

Thank you very much fro this Webmaster. Interestingly the hype around the soundbite on the trail was not borne out by the programme itself, which was a sensitive portrayal of people trying to come to terms with the suicide of a loved one. It was also a great rallying cry for the far greater resources that need to be put towards mental health services in Northern Ireland. I would like to see the programe repeated on the mainland. It is most helpful in getting people to take this problem seriously. Thank you again.
