Annual Conference Saturday 14th November 1000am – 4.00pm
This coming Saturday Christian Democrats from across the country will be meeting for the annual conference and AGM of the Christian Peoples Alliance party. You are welcome to attend. Registration is £5.00 on arrival.
The CPA is a democratic body made up of Christians from across the denominations who share the fundamental values of the Mayflower Declaration: social justice, respect for life, active compassion, wise stewardship, empowerment and reconciliation. Please come and share your views on the way forward for Christian politics in Britain. It will be an opportunity to meet other activists and put across your own hopes and expectations, ideas and concerns about the state of our nation.
The event will be hosted by Stuart MacPherson, Warden of a Christian student centre close to Ealing station :

You will receive the latest Annual Report of the activities of the party (please email if you would like this in advance or if you cannot attend).
There will be a question time session to officers based on the Report. As well as hearing from party Leader, Cllr Alan Craig, there will be debates on the state of the economy, whether Britain should replace the Trident missile system and on the wide values and history of the CPA. Time will be given to prayer, especially for reconciliation with Christian Democrats and other Christian politicians outside the party.
New supporters are especially welcome to have their say. Potential future activists will be encouraged to meet and pray together based on where they live. If you are thinking and praying about standing either for Parliamentary elections or at local level, this meeting is for you.
Stuart MacPherson will provide facilities for meeting, hospitality and catering. Guests can order lunch on arrival.
