The answer is that we just simply don’t know and information is not quick to come out of Iran.

Believe me, as soon as we hear anything (good or bad news) we will update straight away and I pray that might be today.

What I am wondering is were these girls executed or not, as I would really like to know.

I have not had any further follow-up details of whether they were released, or if they had been hanged. I would like to say hung, but I think in English it is more correctly described as hanged.

Can the web-master or somebody please let me know, as I have thought about them often. Execution by hanging is a grim and tragic end for anyone, I just hope and pray that they have been aquitted and released. I had an execution dream this morning, it wasn’t pretty.

I first heard about these women a couple of months ago on Focus on the Family (I think) and have been praying for them. The amazing grit they have shown so far can only come from the Lord. It puts me to shame. I complain about the smallest things and then I remember them. The sad thing is that persecuted Christians get so little press. The media prefer kidnapped reporters.

May God continue to hold these two in the palm of His hand.

Dear Heavenly Father, we place these young women into Your Glorious Holy Hands, to support, and to protect them.

We ask dear Holy Jesus, that You will turn this whole sad scenario around for Your Glory [claiming Romans 8:28] and as we know of the story of Hamman & Modecai, I just ask You, dear God, that You will prevail over this evil purpose & crime; and that those who wish to have these precious girls to be hung, will themselves hang on their own gallows. May it be truly so!
