Hundreds of haredim protest Jerusalem parking lot opening on Shabbat
Wow, I can’t believe that this row over the Sabbath in Jerusalem is still going on, as this was first reported weeks ago. Gosh could you even imagine the same here in the UK outside a Tesco’s 
on a Sunday morning, although some do say of course, that shopping IS the new religion of the UK and I suppose Tesco’s could be a kind of temple?

Hundreds of haredim took to the streets of Jerusalem on Saturday evening, to protest the opening of a parking lot in the city over Shabbat.
Israel Radio reported that large forces of police were dispatched to the site of the protest, the Karta parking lot next to the Old City.
