Whatever it takes
Those are the words that came from my lips
Whatever it takes
No matter what pain, what hurt, what grief
No matter how long the waiting time must be
No matter what anguish of soul,
what tears must flow
Whatever it takes, make it happen, Lord
Whatever it takes, give me the strength
Whatever it takes, bring me through
Whatever it takes, honour your promise
And bring me to that place of rest and peace in you
